      Pros

      Kurrent Logic LLC benefits blow most companies out of the water. They cover almost all insurance costs, have unheard-of 401k matching, and the company allows you a flexible schedule. The company priorities teamwork and communication so you become a family when working here.

      Cons

      Like any small company, employees often wear multiple hats and are required to take on a variety of tasks beyond their job descriptions. This can lead to a heavier workload at times.
