Pros
friendly atmosphere, relaxed and not micro managed. You basically have to break a law to get fired from this company. They put up with alot of nonsense that shouldn't go on in the workplace.
Cons
Some employees have alot of downtime ( I'm talking months) while others are always busy. The busiest employees are often the lowest paid. Supposed to be employee owned but most employees are not consulted on anything. Mgt likes to change policies on a dime.
