*Very poor company morale *Absolutely no work life balance - Its all WORK *LONG hours. 7 am to 4:30 pm with a 1/2 hr lunch. Ridiculous hours. However, staying until 5:30 pm or 6 pm is more acceptable and for some past 7p! Saturday is part of the regular work week for some. *Have to work two 12-hour days the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas to get the day after off. Can 't use a vacation day because that's only 8 hours. *Bad air quality and very dusty *Management is there for show. YES Men and Women. CEO makes all of the decisions. *Behind the times on software and hardware. Old computers. Old programs. Inefficient and slow. *No retirement benefits or adequate bonuses, if any. *No adequate raises, if any at all. *Insurance costs are 1/3 of monthly net. *Vacation days are minimal and must be scheduled for the year basically in January. Can't be used as hours, must be a full day. No sick days. If sick time is taken, you are expected to make it up or work while sick, as most do.
