Great tasks, great co-workers, and strong ambitions.

They where not able to deliver on their ambitions, the point fingers at the market but don't make any strong counter-moves themself.

- not the highest workload, reasonable money, some nice people to work with

- untrustworthiness and unprofessionalism: I got hired through a nearshoring company as a contractor, I was promised by the manager (Jeppe Goldschmidt Duch) a long project and cooperation but it turned out I was hired just for 2-3 months to offload some of the mundane tasks nobody else wanted to do, then I got fired with an explanation that Danes don't understand my English since it's "too advanced" which was a lie since I have never ever talked to any Danes outside of my team at Kvik - that was a truly humiliating situation and the worst experience in my career with a company, absolute lack of respect for a person - even if the false explanation was true, you just don't fire people because you forgot to analyze if some people somewhere in the company don't speak English well enough, so it's kinda shocking that this was their go-to excuse; - the tasks I was doing were far more boring and mundane than what was presented in the job interview, I also felt not treated seriously as a seasoned IT professional; - early work hours for IT standards; - double-faced management communication standards, false cheerfulness, and weird catchphrases (non-stop repeating stuff about "fantastic" team, "fantastic" weekend, and everything being"fantastic").
