Pros

if you are a junior or trying to get a job in the industry can be a good place to start. They hire remotely too and they are always trying new things (as their market requires to) and they have few interesting folks to work with that have plenty experience to learn from.

Cons

They lack of a clear vision. The culture they have is crunching to be on top (If you do then you are going to have a good time) their management layer (studio director, head of production, cto, ..., etc) is full of egos from people that basically started as juniors who, casually, are in the HQ and they don't have experienced anything else in their proffesional life. They don't accept any feedback. They don't want to change anything. They treat remote and Indians as a second class citizen employees. They payment is quite low. The bonus is inexistent. The grow is inexistent and promotions (unless you are friends of certain people) is zero.

Pros

> Transitioning from a servicebased organization to a product based company has been a great experience overall. The work culture, team vibe, and working conditions are among the best I’ve experienced so far. > The workflow is well-structured, and I get to learn a lot through hands on experience, which has been very valuable for my growth. > Career progression here feels merit based and driven by individual competency rather than being dependent on year end cycles, which is highly motivating. > The workplace environment is supportive and engaging, making day-to-day work enjoyable. > The availability of snacks and drinks is a thoughtful perk that I hadn’t experienced in previous companies, it helps maintain energy levels and reduces time spent stepping out, improving productivity.

Cons

Given the relatively small team size, there can occasionally be periods of increased workload or crunch, but it is generally manageable and balanced out over time.

Pros

* A great place for freshers looking to start their career in the media field. * The Performance Marketing (Mobile Publishing) team stands out for its zero toxicity—there’s no professional jealousy or internal politics, which makes collaboration smooth and enjoyable. * The work environment allows employees to operate freely, without unnecessary stress or pressure. * Overall, it offers a healthy and supportive atmosphere that genuinely encourages learning and professional growth.

Cons

Increment and overall salary growth do not currently meet industry standards, which can be a concern for long-term financial progress.
