Pros

I had a decent knowledge about the job even before I worked here, but I still got insulted and yelled at a couple of times when I started.

Cons

You need to already have previous work experience or at least a good idea how the job works otherwise, you'll be lost and there's a chance you might get fired on your first week!! Though there was training before you get on board, the training itself was too broad and vague and you'll only realize that when you're on the actual job! You'd realize there wasn't enough information and the situations in reality were very different. It was a struggle and you'll have to constantly ask your supervisor or manager questions but they're impatient and hostile that you'll get yelled at sometimes!

If you've been here long enough, you'll get better benefits.

Cons

No respect for employees' personal lives, overtime's always expected from you, and employees shouldn't question management. Even when things already seem abusive, no one's there to support us. You'll be fired if you complain. Because employees are expendable!
