Helped pay for school, flexible hours, bonus, OK raises

Cons

Micromanaging, often either way over or under scheduled, basically no reasonable part-time benefits, max part-time pay (~3 bucks more than starting pay)

Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

Cons

Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
