      Management could be talked to and were not overbearing When properly staffed work flowed smoothly Good pay and flexible scheduling

      Cons

      Many coworkers taking the job unseriously leading to overworking of those who didn't slack Lack of staff on night shift led to unsafe conditions on some nights

      Pros

      Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

      Cons

      Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
