Pros
People are nice and job security is good since the company is still making money. But that is about all I can say that is good.
Cons
Worked at corporate for 4 years and 1 year at retail. Departments do not work well together, no communication. Salaried employees are expected to work 50+ hours even though they are salaried at 40-45 hours. The benefits are not good, everyone says the 40% profit sharing is so good, the bonus checks don't amount to a substantial amount of money. I would rather get paid more during the year and forget about the bonus. The amount of vacation you get is really low.
