      Pros

      They take care of employees, or atleast the full-time ones. Great year end bonuses. Seriously. Ability to advance if you have what it takes. The CEO is amazing.

      Cons

      Workplace had many cliques. Those that were 'in' with the 'in' crowd had a better opportunity to advance than others. Cat-y coworkers. Felt worse than when I went to high school, and these were middle-aged people who should know better. Not much of a work/life balance.

      Long work hours, scheduling is awful, and mandatory third shifts when required
