      Pros

      -Kwik Trip shares 40% of their profits with their employees (not just the higher-ups). -They have flexible scheduling, which is amazing for students. -Thr pay is better than similar jobs.

      Cons

      -Depending on the store you work at, you can get stuck with some lazy coworkers who stand around and are unresponsive to management. Management at my particular store didn't do much to curb this.
