Pros
The staff embrace customer care. I also like that I have been able to be flexible with my schedule (within reason, of course). Free car wash at each pay period is a nice perk! I'm part time and don't require add'l benefits but from what I can gather, they do offer a nice package.
Cons
The only thing that comes to find is that the required attire isn't that comfortable or flattering. That's a small complaint though.
