Pros

Starting pay is better than most comparable companies, but you are expected to give your entire life to them for it. So is it worth it?

Cons

You are just a number to them. Work you to death till they have worn you out and then just move on to the next person.

Long work hours, scheduling is awful, and mandatory third shifts when required

Pros

Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

Cons

Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
