Good pay, end of the year bonus check, most coworkers are good because of how picky they are in hiring.
Cons
St. Cloud markets upper management doesn’t know what they’re doing. They only see but picture, but in order to make big picture Work you need to focus on small picture first. Turnover has been crazy and even with being one of the best paying retail jobs we still can’t keep people. Issues are pushed off until it becomes such a problem it has to be fixed. They work load is intense. Like, nothing is particularly hard, but there is just so much to do and they’re more worried about meeting labor then they are about their coworkers. They claim they care about coworkers more than anything but if you say you feel overwhelmed or need help they just tell you not to worry but change literally nothing.
