Pros
Good benefits, profit sharing, free soda/coffee during your shift + piece of fruit, uniform allowance.
Cons
Favoritism, double standards, toxic atmosphere in some stores, 1-10 minute break after 5 hours (if you're lucky 2-10 minute breaks for an 8 hour shift (unless you're a smoker, then you get more breaks), lots of employees back stabing each other, employees and managers allowed to hang out outside of work, bullying by co-workers, a lot of stores will expect sick employees to work unless you can find someone to take your shift.
