      Great benefit package. The flexibility. Owners of Kwik Trip are very appreciative. Reasonable starting wage.

      Small pay raises. Hard to climb the ladder within company.

      Pros

      Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

      Cons

      Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
