Pros
I'm college educated and have a full time career job- I picked up a job at Kwik Trip to make a little money on the side. I can honestly say the people I work with are some of the best I've ever encountered- so much so that I decided to stay even after I accomplished my financial goals. I laugh more with the customers and coworkers at my store than I do with almost anyone else.
Cons
Of course, my experiences all depend on the store. Some are pretty awful to work at from some of the stories I've heard. Some of my fellow coworkers commute from quite a ways away just to stay at our store- because the culture at the closer ones are not great. I will say that Kwik Trip corporate is very invested in building positive cultures, so my advice to anyone who doesn't like their store would be to find a different one if you can!
