Pros
Kwik Trip is the kind of company you can be proud to work for. They take excellent care of their employees and have quality products that you can feel good about selling. The family that owns the company treats their employees like family. Thoroughly impressed.
Cons
Some of the employees in smaller towns run things their way when management isn't looking, instead of the way the actual corporate expects. Corporate has an excellent structure, so it is unfortunate when it isn't followed.
