I Wish You Luck - Customer Service Representative (CSR) Kwik Trip Employee Review

Was told that I would have 2- 10 minute breaks per 8 hour shift. I never got more than one. Employee "break room" was a 2 person table with 2 folding chairs set up in the delivery area in back. No employee refrigerator or microwave, which pretty much forces you to buy your meal from them, then gobble it down in less than 10 minutes, and if you time it right, you may be able to use the restroom before returning to work. Training was extremely minimal and co-workers and Manager would get impatient if I asked a question more than once. Scheduled outside my availability regularly. Felt very cult-like at times. I remain a customer, but never an employee again.
