Oh so many things, where to start? Overworked, underpaid all in the name of “making a difference in people’s lives” only the cost for it is YOUR life. Year end bonus is not all they say it is. Ten keep you employed by dangling this bonus in front of you but you only receive it if you’re employed until after the day it posts in your pay stubs. They talk nice to your face but are extremely ruthless snd petty if you’re not drinking up the koolaid they are serving. They are a cult like business and drill into you how amazing they are and how lucky you’ve been “chosen” to work there. In reality they use and abuse you until you have nothing left to give. If you resign, give ample notice they trash you to everyone in your district and say you couldn’t cut it. I went out with one of the highest leadership feedback surveys given by my team and made their excellence club by exceeding goals in multiple categories, but I resigned to go to a competitor and the vindictiveness and hatred spewed from the top down.
