      We value our coworkers and want them to be able to take breaks however sometimes our fast-paced environment makes that difficult to plan. All of our leaders understand how important it is for coworkers to get breaks and do their best to provide those opportunities to relax whenever possible.       Pros

      Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

      Cons

      Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
