Good company. Competitive wages. Profit sharing. Room for advancement in many different directions

Cons

If you are in retail, your schedule and life is dependent on how well the store is ran. Some are better than others. Either way, you will never have a set schedule. Weekends/holidays will almost always be a given to some extent
