      Very professional work environment. Lots of opportunities to contribute and make a difference. Lot of encouragement to be entrepreneurial and create new lines of business. Very grateful to the founders and top management team for their mentorship.

      None. I left to start my own company.

      Pros

      Very ambitious company, if you work hard you will be rewarded. The atmosphere in the office is great and very sociable. This is my first time working with a tech company and it is definitely better than expected!

      Cons

      The structure of the roles is somewhat flexible at times which can be difficult but that seems to be the way with every tech start up. I'm sure with time it will improve.
