Extremely nurturing and an awesome culture - Sales Engineering Kymeta Employee Review

I’ve been with the company for 5 years now, and I’ve worked for a few startups and larger firms locally. My perspective of Kymeta comes from an angle of a realist. I have learned so much from the company, and my supervisors have always been extremely nurturing and supporting. Further to that, the colleagues that I work with are often open to discuss and collaborate effectively. And the best part is I get a lot of empowerment from my hiring manager who trusts and imparts their knowledge onto me.
