A lot of freedom to learn. Good learning platform for free (Skillsoft, getabstract, Orelly). Paid curses + certifications. Good internal promotion system. You will not be blamed for making mistakes. It will be considered learning Poor / no feedback from high management. The positive side is you will be able to work with almost no interferences High work flexibility like remote working is allowed and rarely denied Good diversity policy: zero tolerance to harassment or discrimination for race, culture, etc..
Cons
Poor / no feedback from high management. The negative side is you will not receive the right support from your higher manager at the right time. Sometimes you will be asked for doing magic. Poor effort - reward culture. Most hard / commited workers will not feel rewarded. If this is your culture find another place. Branding, smiling and dancing when your manager asks for it is more important than the actual result of your work. Higher managers live far away from reality of day to day. Most of the time they are overwhelmed with unproductive tasks such as unnecesary meetings or complex old internal procedures. * High commitment to investors * Pay does not grow proportional to promotions!
