Pros

Salary is ok, they have 2 state clients and its a family owned business , pros are for the family members not for the outsiders.

Cons

Company is known in Florida area for its firing policy, once client doesn't have budget they will ramp down and Kyra fires those employees it doesn't matter whether they are on its W2 . you can fired after serving for more then 3 years as they don't distinguish whether you have spent 3 months or 3 year with them. Be very careful while joining them on W2, ask them about there firing policy they would say it's a state project and it will go for long but don't trust them. That a advice from someone who served them for 3 years and one fine day they asked me to leave the company.
