      The workers seemed friendly initially and the company is global.

      Cons

      Difficult to implement change. Old working styles remain and new ideas are not always received well. Does not require very qualified personnel.

      Good pay and benefits for managers.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs! Very unstable company with shrinking market share. Corporate makes all of the decisions. Mid level managers are not asked for or expected to provide input for anything. Very low morale.
