      Pros

      Great work-life balance, good first software co-op experience because you will get a chance to try different types of tasks/technologies. Management was pretty good about touching base and letting me try things I expressed interest in. My team was very nice and willing to help when I asked!

      Cons

      If you choose to do a virtual co-op experience, you may struggle with time management at first, and with having to seek out help for difficult tasks. Depends on your personal work style (not really a con necessarily)

      Too many people just out of school who would vibe code / use AI for everything, which led to a mess of code to fix.
