Pros
You'll get to learn so much because some of the seniors are good. In Dev team everyone will be willing to help in any stuck situation. Also on other side the MD sir is a very gentle and sweet person but as he don't listen to everyone except only management team. It's not a good thing.
Cons
The upper management is has worst kind of people and some of them are unbelievable as they play very dirty and egoistic game or politics with people. Just toxicity is on it's peak
