Cons
Ownership let me go claiming a problem with me without ever speaking with me about said issue 2 days before we reopened after Covid shutdown. Also ownership refused to take and enforce proper precautions to protect the staff and clients after reopening. Ownership then began harassing me on social media and texting after termination. This demonstrates a clear lack of leadership and a malignant attitude towards former staff. They also make you sign an extremely restrictive no competition agreement before agreeing to work there. Upon separation with the company you are not allowed to work within 100 miles for 1 year in the hair removal industry. They will call every place in town to make sure you are not working there, hence the harassment. These restrictions would effectively require you to move to a new area to continue working in the industry which is extreme and malicious.
