Pros
Overall I enjoyed working with L'Arche. Good co-workers, and the group homes their clients (considered "core members") live in our comfortable and very safe.
Cons
The pay, especially with high cost of living in areas such as Washington, DC, is not at all competitive. Some of the training is quite repetitive (at least in DC it seems were were being "retrained" every four months).
