      Some really decent people in the office and the packing warehouse

      •Nepotism is an issue-favored employees who have severe limitations will be allowed to do whatever they want. •Can be a toxic environment-my first week was filled with rants about certain employees, setting a negative tone. •Process is very disjointed-was constantly sidetracked with bad direction, and a PM who was in way over their head. Efforts were doubled and oftentimes tripled with interruptions and poor communication.

      L'BRI Pure n' Natural is a company that truly helps you to build your own business along side your current job or all alone. They have training available no matter what availability you have. It is possible to earn back your small investment to start on your first show! Quite often, the consultant who sponsors you will actually do that show for you! It's a win/win.       It's a job. You get out of it what you put into it. I don't really think this is a con, but never want people to think that they money comes flying at you without doing your footwork! I can't imagine my life without it and I guess the only con is that people don't realize what a great job direct sales are.... but do your homework before you start!
