      Relentlessly innovating. Understands the customer. VS, in particular, has good customer loyalty programs.

      Cons

      Enormous expectations from employees. Cut throat reorgs and layoffs to meet very optimistic growth goals (despite lacking viable competition).

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
