      Higher than average pay for a retail job in my area. Liked most of the people I worked with.

      Cons

      Usually ignored your availability. Management did not care about their employees. We were always the dead last store to close in severe weather and even when we were allowed to close it was because we weren't making money

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
