      The company truly takes care of their associates. Great benefits. If you have a true passion to learn, grow, teach, mentor, and show your passion, then this is the ideal career for you!

      Cons

      The hours aren’t the best to have a life outside of work but it’s not so bad when you get enough PTO to take a week off every other month.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
