L Brand has really transitioned their business focus over the last few years since leaderships has changed. It has been such a positive experience for me working for the company. -employee discount -benefits (health, 401k option, ROTH IRA option, etc) -PTO is laid out all up front for the entire year -leadership -team dynamics -flexibility with PTO and time worked throughout the day (just have to come to meetings and make up the rest of your 8 hours at any time you choose)
