      Pros

      Super organized and excellent at communicating to the stores. Daily business reports are easy to read and allow the manager to make on-the-spot changes to the business in order to maximize sales. Company is very associate oriented and understands the team makes the business.

      Cons

      I cannot really think of any. It’s retail so naturally you deal with retail hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
