      Pros

      The Limited has great facilities to work at. They have onsite cafeteries, stores, and coffee shops. They encourage and are involved in a lot of community efforts and charities. The benefits are above average for the employees.

      Cons

      Working at the Limited you are paid for you positon and not your work. There are still a lot of good old boy networks and politics. It is very hard to get promoted and is more based on tenure than results. Pay is also not a reflection of results but tenure.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
