      Family owned and operated since 1953. Great benefits including medical, dental, 401(k) profit sharing plan, FSA, Life Insurance, bonuses based on profitability of company (yearly) and SO MUCH MORE! A very comfortable work environment that encourages employees to share ideas and improve productivity and quality of the products we produce. Our average employee has been with us for 12+ years.

      Having to say goodbye to long time employees when they retire!

      Pros

      It's in Livermore wine country.

      Cons

      Very misleading on compensation; from when to expect raises/amount, to bonuses that never materialize or are so miniscule they are a slap in the face. For an old company that had a great reputation as an employer, the new owners completely ruined it for employees.

      Small company atmosphere. Good working hours. Most holidays off.

      Cons

      No advancement for most employees. Pay is very low and stays that way. Nepotism is only way to advance
