Great coworkers who know their craft. Nice location.

Too many middle managers who try to find more procedures to impress the owners. When an employee is either fired, let go, or quits, L+L does not replace that employee, they just pile more work on the remaining staff. No chance for a raise, so if you should happen to get hired try to get as much as possible, because that's the most you will make. Bad benefits, over priced insurance, poor morale towards the company, which is a shame as they have some very talented operators. Expect lots of overtime, if you have to work on a Saturday following a holiday you will not be paid time and a half, because you have not worked 40 hours that week only 32, the holiday pay does not count towards your worked time.

Some very skilled workers who really know a lot, and will share knowledge. Nice company location.

Horrible upper and middle management. The owner is probably the most hated man in printing. I heard the horror stories before working there, took them with a grain of salt but I now am a believer. Very strange man. Never expect a raise, "you should be happy you have a job".
