Young and dynamic team. They pay a relatively high salary for fresh grads in Colombia.
Cons
The business model is based on using fresh grads out of Colombia (or trainees out of Europe) to work on the American and European markets in Trading. Very strict working hours, no flexibility. No room to grow salary. High turnover due to the strict salary policy. Systems are old and outdated. Google is your best friend in sales and business development for finding new customers because the Company doesn't wish to invest in paid databases.
