There is some flexibility in your work. It seems like they try to take care of people.

There is a serious lack of communication. Dallas is the one you go to when you need to be heard. Ryan is the one you go to if there is money needed. The issue is we run out of money a lot and we get blamed for it. We get told to not spend money but they yell at use about not getting units ready. There is no proper chain of command. And recently they brought on a new CEO that constantly gives people reasons to not trust him. Making empty promises. They spent the last year firing everyone it seems and making everyone else fear there position.

Proper system in place which is good
