Pros

- WFH policy is good - Free drinks

Cons

I encountered a coworker that berated me publicly because I did not do a code review correctly. I've never been talked that way by anyone in the work place. My dev manager saw it happen, but did nothing. There are a bunch of mean spirited people here and i'm glad it's over. Code reviews here were like being punished everyday. It's not in the spirit of making things better, but rather of 'let me show you why my way is better and why i'm better than you'. Technical managers, pms and product managers are double agents not concerned with your best interest, but to please clients in any way possible. I was fired, because a client did not want me on their project anymore. The client i was working with just gave orders on what they wanted and treated me like an imbecile. I'm not surprised that they have such high ratings, considering they ask their employees to fill out surveys and write glassdoor reviews praising them. If you work here, you'd better make sure your well liked or they'll just sweep you under the rug. I saw one contractor and another FTE get canned just like me.

Pros

Almost everyone here has their own side projects and interests. From dancers to singers to performers to freelancers to parents, everyone has something outside of work, and thus everyone makes sure that we work efficiently and well during the workday so we can go home at the end of the day and get to our lives. Hands down the best work/life balance I've ever had. Everyone is kind and accepting, and their slogan "great people make great products" is really true.

Cons

Organizational changes take a while, especially since the Globant buyout. If you want to make a change or improvement, you have to wait for approval and things tend to die on the vine because Globant stops it. It can be frustrating. That being said, that's probably just growing pains, and hopefully the organization adapts.
