Unprofessional Owners - Anonymous employee LA BELLE Employee Review

This private establishment is owned by a married couple. They allegedly learned how to merchandise their stores, but everything is really disorganized. They are also not open to any ideas or suggestions you have to improve the store. They always expect perfection, but never praise you for it, but if you mess up one time, they basically wring your neck for it. Oh, and if your register is ever short, the wife docks it from your pay, even though that's illegal. They won't hire high schoolers anymore because their one teenage employee forgot her shift one time, and they don't hire men--which is also illegal. They refuse to also mail out your tax forms.
