5yThank you for your comments. I am sorry your rating has indicated an overall negative experience. Our whole staff and student experience has been re-examined and we hope that once the pandemic brings students back in their droves, we will be able to offer an improved experience for staff. It is fair to say that the industry does rely on staff to work long and anti-social hours, and this is usually reflected at interview and in our contracts. We wish you luck in the future.
