Pros
Good working environment, in a beautiful location with great team spirit between employees. Opportunity to learn about other cultures from interaction with an ever-changing and wide range of student nationalities and age groups. Career advancement available if desired, with comprehensive and ongoing personal development facilities in place. Management structure & ethos much improved in recent years. A fun place to work, no two days the same, and I miss working there!
Cons
Hectic environment, with long and unsociable working hours, during peak spring & summer months, then complete opposite during autumn & winter (but that's the nature of this and any other tourism/leisure business)
