Pros
Over the time i have been there the business has grown tremendously. It is a fast paced challenging environment that allows all employees to be exposed to variety of different functions and work . The owner always puts her clients first yes she is very busy however always has the time to meet with and mentor her team. The team is fun and professional. Great place to work!
Cons
There really isnt a lot I can say. But if i had to choose one thing, the business is growing so fast there are a few items that need to be ironed out, its not really a CON because the owner has a team working on that
