Pros
The hours and pay were decent. There were 3 schedules. I worked thur-sunday. I chose to work weekend bc they gave me $4 more per hour on Saturdays and Sundays. weekdays were $18/hr. major holidays off. 4 day work week, so working 4/10
Cons
the major con was the attendance policy. they run on a point system. you get 8 points then write ups, discipline, termination. that was fine, except at the time I had a very small child who was ill often (later diagnosed with illness) so I had to take a lot of time off bc I had no family to help. you only get 2 DR notes for the whole year. and each note only excuses one day, per company policy. I used one for my child. then when I became sick and my dr said I needed to stay home for 5 days, HR told me the not would only excuse 1 of the 5 days, since I had already used one not e for my child. I was told to go BACK to the dr and have them REWRITE the note. the DR was furious. if not, HR would not let me return to work and I had no more time to use to cover the other 4 days. so my DR had to give me a new note saying I could return the next day, just so I wouldn't lose my job. The sick policy is outrageous and I would not return unless I was desperate. if you don't have young children you would be ok here. but when you have kids and no one to help, it was very hard
