      Completely absent departments that are critical to supporting businesses (HR, Legal, etc.) Weird culture where people don't really talk/socialize at all

      Stepping stone and cash grab

      Cons

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
