      Fast pace, but laid back management. You will make tons of contacts with high-level executives. Great for building a network. You will learn tons! Way more than internal IT.

      Pros

      Family oriented. Fast paced, but laid back management. You will learn a ton and meet a ton of high level executives. Great for building a network. You mostly create your own schedule, so no neck breathing by management.

      None! I loved my time at LANrm!

      Small company with friendly people. Fun fast paced environment. Encourages personal growth.

      Cons

      Sometimes short staffed. Always on-call. Must be able to multi-task and be willing to work outside of normal business hours as well as work beyond 40 hours regularly.
